본 약관은 허니비와 요리사(“hbc studio”, 이하 “스튜디오”)가 제공하는 애플리케이션 및 웹 서비스(이하 “서비스”)의 이용과 관련하여 스튜디오와 이용자 간의 권리·의무 및 책임사항을 규정합니다. 본 약관은 스튜디오가 운영하는 모든 서비스에 공통으로 적용되며, 개별 서비스에 별도 약관이 있는 경우 해당 약관이 우선합니다.
These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between honeybee & cook (“hbc studio”, the “Studio”) and users in connection with the use of the applications and web services provided by the Studio (the “Services”). These Terms apply commonly to all Services operated by the Studio; where an individual Service has its own separate terms, those terms prevail.
“서비스”란 스튜디오가 개발·운영하는 앱과 웹 전반을, “회원”이란 본 약관에 동의하고 계정을 생성한 이용자를 말합니다.
“Service” means the apps and web offerings developed and operated by the Studio; “Member” means a user who has agreed to these Terms and created an account.
스튜디오는 관련 법령을 위배하지 않는 범위에서 본 약관을 개정할 수 있으며, 개정 시 적용일자와 사유를 명시하여 사전에 공지합니다.
The Studio may amend these Terms within the limits of applicable law, and will announce any amendment in advance, specifying the effective date and reason.
이용계약은 이용자가 본 약관에 동의하고 Apple·Google·카카오 로그인 또는 전화번호 인증 등 스튜디오가 정한 방법으로 가입을 신청하여 스튜디오가 승낙함으로써 성립합니다. 계정은 타인에게 양도·대여할 수 없습니다.
A service agreement is formed when a user agrees to these Terms, applies to join by a method designated by the Studio — such as Apple, Google, or Kakao sign-in or phone verification — and the Studio accepts. Accounts may not be transferred or lent to others.
서비스는 연중무휴 제공을 원칙으로 하되, 점검·장애 등 운영상·기술상 필요에 따라 전부 또는 일부가 변경·중단될 수 있습니다.
The Services are provided year-round in principle, but may be changed or suspended in whole or in part as required for operational or technical reasons such as maintenance or faults.
이용자는 타인의 권리를 침해하거나, 불법·부적절한 콘텐츠를 게시하거나, 서비스의 정상적 운영을 방해하는 행위를 하여서는 안 됩니다.
Users must not infringe the rights of others, post illegal or inappropriate content, or interfere with the normal operation of the Services.
이용자가 게시한 콘텐츠의 권리는 해당 이용자에게 귀속하며, 스튜디오는 서비스 운영·제공에 필요한 범위 내에서 이를 이용할 수 있습니다.
Rights to content posted by a user belong to that user; the Studio may use such content only to the extent necessary to operate and provide the Services.
스튜디오는 이용자가 본 약관 또는 법령을 위반하는 경우 이용을 제한하거나 계약을 해지할 수 있으며, 이용자는 언제든지 계정을 삭제하여 이용계약을 해지할 수 있습니다.
The Studio may restrict use or terminate the agreement if a user violates these Terms or the law, and a user may terminate the agreement at any time by deleting their account.
스튜디오는 천재지변 등 불가항력, 또는 이용자 간 분쟁 및 이용자가 게시한 콘텐츠에 대하여 고의·중과실이 없는 한 책임을 지지 않습니다.
The Studio is not liable for force majeure such as natural disasters, or for disputes between users or content posted by users, absent willful misconduct or gross negligence.
본 약관은 대한민국 법령에 따라 해석되며, 분쟁은 관계 법령에 정한 절차에 따른 법원을 관할로 합니다.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are subject to the courts having jurisdiction under applicable law.
